Client Service Policy
At Bellavida Hair, our goal is to provide every client with an exceptional salon experience and outstanding service on every visit.
We understand that, on occasion, you may have concerns regarding a service, retail product, or overall experience. If this happens, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so we can work towards a satisfactory resolution.
Feedback & Complaints
Any concerns or complaints should be brought to our attention within 14 days of your appointment. This allows us to investigate and address the matter promptly and fairly.
Please contact the salon directly by phone, email, or speak with a member of management. All feedback will be treated professionally and confidentially.
Service Satisfaction
We take great pride in our work and want you to love your hair. If you are unhappy with the result of a service, please contact us within 14 days of your appointment. We may offer a consultation and, where appropriate, arrange a corrective service.
Please note that refunds are not generally offered for completed services; however, we are committed to finding a suitable solution wherever possible.
Retail Products
Retail products may be exchanged or refunded if returned unused, unopened, and in their original condition within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by proof of purchase.
Appointment Cancellations
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of any booking deposit and/or a cancellation fee.
Deposits
Deposits are required for selected services and appointments. Deposits are transferable when sufficient notice is given but are non-refundable for late cancellations or missed appointments.
No-Shows
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice may be required to pay a fee or prepay future appointments before rebooking.
Hair Extension Policy
All hair extension clients must attend a consultation before booking.
As extension hair is custom ordered specifically for each client, hair purchases and deposits are non-refundable once ordered.
Clients are responsible for following aftercare advice and attending maintenance appointments. Any concerns regarding extension fitting must be reported within 7 days of the appointment.
Colour Correction Policy
All colour correction services require a consultation before booking.
Colour correction is a specialist service and may require multiple appointments to achieve the desired result safely. Results will vary depending on previous colour history and hair condition.
At Bellavida Hair, the health of your hair always comes first, and we reserve the right to modify or postpone a service if we believe it may compromise the integrity of your hair.
